It is a crucial part of reviewing and finalizing proposals, continues through project planning and crew mobilization and is the responsibility of every Gage and Cade Construction employee every day. We encourage a zero injuries culture among our crew and contractors, with our focus on safety planning beginning long before we mobilize to the field. Safety leadership and involvement are the core principals of our continuous improvement safety process.
